After I rename a file, why doesn't Windows 10 File Explorer automatically refresh the order of files?

I noticed only today that after I renamed a file, File Explorer failed to re-order the files in that folder automatically! Undoubtedly, it's too unproductive to have to hit F5 on my keyboard to rearrange the files, every time I rename a file.

On Sep 21 2016, Marc Cai answered that you should create DontRefresh DWORD in your registry. But is he correct? I want to double-check with you experts here first, before changing my Registry.
