Not many people spoke to me in email, in private "where no one (not any god in their understanding at least) watches both sides" as ungrateful, disrespectful, violent and disgusting as some shmock/s from the StackExchange "community managers" team (which didn't even gave organizational details about herself/himself).
Sadly, I find this community not much different from StackExchange.
I am sure that the biased, arrogant and vengeful voting culture here will destroy the website in the long run, unless it's stopped early enough; in my opinion the only way to stop it is to eliminate voting altogether or at least obligating explaining any vote in a logical (not emotional) way and let mods remove negative voting if problems are solved or remove positive voting if edits created new problems.
The current mechanism of "threaded comments" just made everything worse and I think that the mods simply don't care; I personally didn't come across any change in that mechanism and all my meta suggestions to improve it were heavily down voted, probably by community managers or those seek to be ones.
