Why scrollbar always doesn't show when using Dark Reader?

I was using Dark Reader for long time. I saw that sometimes my scroll bar goes away. When I use two finger scrolling way in touch-pad then, I see that scrollbar appears. But, why my scrollbar sometimes disappear when I visit a site. This doesn't happen all the time. I was trying to see why it actually happens while writing the post. But, I was facing the problem again. Is it reason of some source code of Dark Reader? Or, that's my browser issue. I am using Dark Reader in Chrome. [Dark Reader](https://darkreader.org/) is an extension.
