I am deploying a GPT instance in Azure and see:

When you create this deployment, the resource change you've made will persist throughout Azure AI Foundry.

What does the warning "When you create this deployment, the resource change you've made will persist throughout Azure AI Foundry." indicate? I understand that I'm creating an instance but what does this warning add? I deployed dozens of GPT instances but that's the first time I see it (it's my first GPT 4.1 instance).
