Can we ask hacking related question?

Hacking tools are execute from terminal. While Powerusers is for OS's Q&A. Some sample of Linux system's question is included below :

  • How to turn on night light in terminal?
  • How to create users in terminal?
  • Why wireless isn't showing?

Actually, in this site users can ask how to use the tool from command line. And, hacking tools are used from terminal also. So, can we ask following types of question?

  • Which Facebook BruteForcer work in "Kali/Terminal"? (I have tried "this command" and, this is returning following error.)
  • I was trying to use sqlmap but, I am having this kind of problem and this

Sorry! I am not actually using Kali or any kind of Pen-testing OS that's why I couldn't add more related question here.

"Terminal" could mean anything from a computer to a command prompt to a terminal software listener. Not the best term to use in any kind of context.

Also, you say "Hacking tools are execute from terminal. While Powerusers is for OS's Q&A." It seems like you (a) associate command-line-interface programs primarily or exclusively with "hacking tools" (in the "defeating security" sense of the word "hacking"), and (b) think that there's some sort of contrast between use of a command line interface and "OS's." If either of these are true, you have a lot to learn before you'll be in any position to ask this sort of question anyway.
