RSS feed client for Windows 10 which allows stacking and popups

I seek a recommendation for a native RSS program which is:

  • Installable on Windows 10
  • Allows stacking: Putting all notifications in one place (for example, if I get feeds from two websites, I can view all in the same sheet with the website name alongside each feed)
  • Allows popups: As long as I am not playing a PC game, I could always get feeds popping up on the screen directly, not just posh notifications

See comment topic title.

Not sure exactly what you mean by saying "feeds popping up on the screen directly". I don't know whether you really want to be interrupted by some window popping up and occluding the desktop (and potentially stealing input focus) while you are typing something, mouse-dragging something, or doing whatever with something on your PC. But if that's what you actually like, i unfortunately don't know of a program that caters to your masochist desires... ;-) Or, if i am mistaken and you don't got a masochistic edge, and assuming you are working on/with an immobile desktop PC, get a arse-cheap second monitor and plonk your RSS feed client full-screen on that secondary display...

Some nice ideas, thanks.

I personally work with a laptop with just one screen.

I would indeed consider to replace the popups with some "hover on me to view new feeds" area waiting for me to hover on, in, say, the rightmost-downmost edge of the screen.
