A moderator unilaterally deleted https://powerusers.codidact.com/posts/285718, but isn't deletion overkill? Can't it be saved?

A moderator can simply add the necessary citations.

I don't think "a day" is a reasonable, workable deadline to edit a post. I may not be able to check this website for days, especially if I must stay overnight at a hospital.

@OlinLathrop It's not necessary to keep being unmannerly toward me. There is absolutely no mess here. All that appeared necessary was to add a URL. @Quasimodo Apologies. I can overlook comments, especially those from another male user who has been smearing me. I just responded to both posts.

The issue here is that if you violate licensing of other sites by posting copyright material here without attribution, the post is strictly speaking illegal and Codidact is the responsible publisher. It seems that the moderator was needlessly tolerant with this waiting a whole day, such posts should be deleted instantly. If someone does this on Stack Exchange, it is not uncommon to get an account suspension too, aside from getting the post deleted.
