Are questions about web application such as Google Docs on topic? What about Overleaf? GitHub? Where do we draw the line between a webapp and just a website?

Overleaf is a Latex editor. Where do we put the line between questions about using the editor and between coding using Latex? On the other hand, Latex is used in specific fields related to mathematics; how will the line be set between using the editor and specific field domain expertise?

GitHub is a platform supporting multiple software development lifecycle roles and tasks. Where do we put the line between questions about using the software as a power user and using the platform for software development?

Other interesting software types are Excel online, Google Sheets, spreadsheets in general and other "low-code / no-code" software that uses formulas. The "main" site has a "microsoft-excel" tag showing the number 7 next to it, but I can't see any Excel questions.

About your comment about overleaf: I suggest to redirect LaTeX questions to Codidact's sister project TopAnswers. It has an active community specifically about LaTeX and friends ( https://topanswers.xyz/tex -- full disclosure: I'm a active user of this site). We also have an informal agreement with some people from overleaf support that we can ping them should something specific about overleaf pop-up which requires deeper knowledge of OL.
