One of the folders in my home folder, `Music`, appears to be hidden. In the finder it appears slightly greyed out

and it won't appear if I try to open files from applications which don't show hidden files.
I tried to unhide the folder using
```
~~chflags unhidden Music~~
```
to no avail. I also checked with
```
ls -lO
drwx------@ 6 username staff - 192 Aug 26 18:31 Music
```
if there are any other flags.
Any ideas of how to unhide the folder?
