Microsoft Photos app takes a lot of time to load in Windows 10

One of the default apps on Windows 10 for viewing photos is Microsoft Photos.

The app is really nice and have very useful features but one of the worst problems with the app is that it takes a lot of time to load (Black screen on loading).

Example:

Microsoft photos app is slow; Preview

Everytime I restart my device, the app takes a lot of time to load *, sometimes even it takes 1 minute to show a photo. I started to be annoyed with this? Is there any possible solutions? I have removed the app and re-installed it but nothing has changed.

* To be honest, my Laptop is slow with everything not just with photos app but this is really the slowest app and takes a lot of time opening it. Browsers and other Microsoft apps are even more faster. To make sure that it is not only from my device, I have got the same behavior on better and faster PC, so I am pretty sure that it is slow everywhere not just on my device.
