In Word, how can I set 'Header Position from Top' and 'Footer Position from Bottom' simultaneously for all pages?
I don't have time to set, or change, the 'Header Position from Top' and 'Footer Position from Bottom' for each page individually and manually! How can I set them all at once, in one fell swoop?
Please see the green arrows in the screenshot below. Word deceitfully allegates that Page 2 is "Link[ed] to Previous" and "Same as Previous", because the 'Header Position from Top' and 'Footer Position from Bottom' still differ!
