Outlook on the Web - Remove bold 'sender' heading row
While using Outlook on the web, when I sort mail by sender, my Inbox shows a heading row containing just the sender name in bold, with any emails from that sender below. How do I turn off those headings? I have no need of a separate row just to tell me I have scrolled past all emails from that sender. This is not 'Conversation View'. It doesn't matter whether I have Conversation view turned on or off, I still see a new heading for each different sender in my inbox. I've googled. Answers on some other sites point me to a [View menu](https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/group-or-ungroup-messages-in-your-inbox-c6d17df3-8488-42b2-a773-278686205478) (I have no View menu), or allegedly, options in Settings (Cog) -> [View all outlook settings -> layout](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-how-email-is-displayed-in-outlook-on-the-web-57fe0cd8-e90b-4b1b-91e4-a0ba658c0042). I like conversation view, so ideally I'm hoping there's a setting that turns off the sender heading while conversation view is enabled, but removing that heading is the goal, so if I can only do it in normal view, that's fine. Is there a way to turn off sender heading rows in outlook on the web?
