Why searching two terms the results page includes posts not including one of the terms?

I searched computer illiterate because I think I have seen some posts including these words and would like to copy the link to them to ask a question. Later I will provide more details on the question to be asked.

This question is about the Codidact search feature. As I mentioned above, I searched computer illiterate. The results page shows that there are 55 posts. The top results don't include both terms.

Is this "by design"?

From the search results page there is a link to the help page for search. This explains how to search for any word, only an exact phrase match, or all words in any order:

  • plain search
If you put the text snake oil into the searchbox, Codidact will find all posts that contain either the word snake or oil.
  • exact search (quote marks)
If you include quote marks around your search term, such as "snake oil", Codidact will find all posts that contain exactly the phrase snake oil.
  • keyword search (plus symbol)
If you search for +snake +oil, Codidact will find all posts that contain both the words snake and oil.
