KMail: Run script on open for local mail dirs

I use offlineimap to synchronize my mail, and I have the directory set up as a local folder in KMail.

Currently, I open KMail and also run offlineimap to synchronize my mail. Is there a way to make KMail to run this command automatically, similar to how it would synchronize an IMAP account?

Note: I do not want to set up IMAP inside KMail. I want to keep using offlienimap for synchronization.
