How to change user language for Microsoft 365/Sharepoint Online?

I found this https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/office/change-sharepoint-online-language-settings-0f6a477a-dcab-4462-9d0c-e3b53d138183, but I don't understand how to get there and then change language?

Just writing this in text, you probably need this privilege to be able do this.

Go to a Microsoft 365 page
Click your profile icon to the far top right
Click My Microsoft 365 Profile

You should now arrive at Delve

Click (pen icon) Update profile (center center, a little bit to the left)
Click How can I change language and regional settings? (down chevron icon) (center center, a little bit down)

You should now arrive at Sharepoint

Click ... (center center, a little bit left and up)
Click Language and Region

If you have the privilege, you should now be able to change language

Under My Display Languages:
Click Pick a new language
Click English (United States)
Click Add

Under My Content and Search Languages:
Click Pick a new language
Click English (United States)
Click Add

Scroll all the way down
Click Save all and close

(based on Change SharePoint online language settings, thank you Microsoft, Inc.)
