#### TL;DR I disagree with the technician regarding CCleaner - I use it without any concerns. I have absolutely no idea regarding Advanced SystemCare Pro. It may well have problems or it may be 100% fine, so I can't second-guess the technician about that one. However, I use CCleaner all the time on both my own systems and my customers' systems. I consider it quite reliable and legitimate, both for cleaning unwanted files and even more often for cleaning up the Windows Registry. The only problem is that it has become more aggressive in the last few years on pushing purchases of the paid version, but that's business and I have no problem with that - everyone can make their own decision about whether the free product is enough for them (though I think it usually is in the case of CCleaner) or not.
