I would like to convert a pdf file into an animated png with a specific number of frames per second using ImageMagick .
The example pdf file used below can be downloaded from https://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/mwe/example-image-letter-numbered.pdf
If I use
```
magick example-image-letter-numbered.pdf APNG:test.png
```
~~the resulting animated png will include each page of the pdf as one frame. However I would like to slow down the animation to a frame rate of one frame per second.~~
I tried with
```
magick -delay 60 example-image-letter-numbered.pdf APNG:test.png
```
which will produce a slowed-down animation, but each page of the pdf is now repeated for 20 frames:

Is there a way to actually set the frame rate instead of just repeating the same frame multiple times, which seems to slow down the conversion quite a bit?
