- Rules for handling cookies for individual websites can be set using the "Manage Exceptions..." button in Firefox settings for Cookies and Data (the same section of Firefox Settings that is displayed in the question).
- The Cookies and Data section is in the Privacy and Security tab of Firefox settings, which can be accessed by entering `about:preferences#privacy` into the URL bar.
Clicking on the "Manage Exceptions..." button opens a dialog where you can enter a web address, and select how you want cookies handled for that address. If you want to download cookies for the site but have them expire at the end of the session, click on the button "Allow for Session", and then "Save Changes."
