Welcome to the Power Users community on Codidact!
Power Users is a Q&A site for questions about the usage of computer software and hardware. We are still a small site and would like to grow, so please consider joining our community. We are looking forward to your questions and answers; they are the building blocks of a repository of knowledge we are building together.
Is the site name "Power User" or "Power Users"?
The URL of the site shows "powerusers", matching the drop down list of sites at the top right of the page, and the list of sites in the page footer, which both say "Power Users" (plural). However, the logo at the top left of the page shows "POWER USER" (singular), and so does the logo on the dashboard page, where the logo is the only representation of the site name (no accompanying text).
Which one does the community consider to be the name of the site? Should one be adjusted to match the other?
As a result of this discussion, there are now draft logos saying "Power Users" available for community feedback.

The site name is Power Users.
With due respect to the author of the previous answer and the community, considering the question title,
Is the site name "Power User" or "Power Users"?
I'm posting this as I don't see any reason to have this discussion without a straightforward answer after several months.
The above is supported by the following:
- URL of this community is https://powerusers.codidact.com
- The title of the welcoming post to this community is Welcome to Power Users.
- The dropdown menu to switch communities shows "Power Users".
- The Codidact footer section "Other Codidact communities" shows this community as "Power Users".
The only inconsistent element is the site logo.
Despite this, in my answer to How can we grow this community? I mentioned that the site name doesn't help attract new users. Even the Wikipedia article about "power users" doesn't mentions that this term is widely used.
If the changes to the logo are still being discussed, I think those discussions should be stopped and focus on strategies to grow this community or start by reviewing the community charter.

I think Power Users sounds better, but for an objective argument, and correct me if I'm wrong:
It's easier to change a couple of image files than all textual occurrences of Power Users (besides the ones you mention, it's also used in the Help section), and particularly the URL itself which would result in broken links.
