Strange item in an Outlook folder called EventCheckPoint
I have just noticed that Outlook is displaying a strange item generated in a folder named EventCheckPoint and also displaying <This item contains active content.
.
Hovering the folder name it indicates Message Class: IPM.EventCheckPoint
.
Opening it leads to a completely empty new message window.
Any idea what this could be?
This is Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 and it is my work machine so the item might have been sanitized.
Another important detail is that this item is part of a search folder (Today), that indicates only messages that were received in the current day.
