It seems like all my attempts to get an upvote to Q or A for this post is failed
Why can't I play a YouTube video embedded on a website, in YouTube itself?
Initially I thought it is something on my side like poor internet connection but I was able to get upvotes for some other posts.

You are accessing this answer with a direct link, so it's being shown above all other answers regardless of its score. You can return to the normal view.
You were probably not logged in.
You can sometimes get logged out when something changes on your machine, you get to the site from a different machine, etc. The view is very similar, and often it's not immediately obvious. I usually only notice when features are missing.
When this happens, take a look in in the top right corner. You will probably see an offer to log in, instead of your profile picture as usual.
It's a failed YouTube embed.
The site has a script to create YouTube embeds from youtube.com
links, but fails on the link https://www.youtube.com/embed/?autohide=1&enablecastapi=0&html5=1&ps=blogger&widget_referrer=http%3A%2F%2Fceritacinta407.blogspot.com%2F&enablejsapi=1&origin=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.blogger.com&widgetid=1
, throwing an error (which you can see in the browser console) that stops the entire site's script from running.

The answer pointing to the YouTube embed is correct. I don't know why it fails in that way, but while we wait for someone to put some extra guardrails around YT embeds, I've edited the post to remove the link. I am hoping that bad YouTube links are relatively rare and that we won't see this problem often.
