Comment Post #288664 There are still some outstanding bugs and feature requests so search doesn't yet work perfectly. If you struggle to find something you can use an external search engine like Google or DuckDuckGo and just include the site name in the search terms: `powerusers.codidact.com`.

Answer A: Why searching two terms the results page includes posts not including one of the terms?
From the search results page there is a link to [the help page for search]. This explains how to search for any word, only an exact phrase match, or all words in any order: > - plain search > If you put the text `snake oil` into the searchbox, Codidact will find all posts that contain either th...

Comment Post #287408 I'm glad you're asking questions. It can take a while to get used to a new way of doing things. If there's anything you think could be improved then feel free to raise a new Meta question so it can be discussed. That's how most of the existing decisions were made - by the community.

Comment Post #287408 Welcome to Codidact! The reason for this question is the fact that the site logo (at the top left of this page) does not match the other places that you mention. This question has one answer, which says that it would be best to change the logo. As a result, new logos have been drafted which [yo...

Answer A: Do we want an update for our logo?
This is what the current logo looks like on a phone screen in portrait mode: Wide Power Users logo showing shrunk on mobile Instead of a single line of text, would it be worth considering a logo over two lines, similar to the Meta logo? Narrower two line Meta logo showing less shrinkage on m...

Comment Post #287420 If it is decided to change the image at some point, it's worth checking the outcome of [the discussion on the mouse cursor in the logo](https://powerusers.codidact.com/posts/287380).

Question Is the site name "Power User" or "Power Users"?
The URL of the site shows "powerusers", matching the drop down list of sites at the top right of the page, and the list of sites in the page footer, which both say "Power Users" (plural). However, the logo at the top left of the page shows "POWER USER" (singular), and so does the logo on the dashboar...

Comment Post #287399 I can confirm my mouse pointer on Fedora Linux (the one pictured in the question) is also very similar - so it's a problem for both Apple users and Linux users.

Comment Post #287380 Might be worth making this an answer, so people can vote on it to measure support. Even though it's not a problem for you anymore with your adblocker solution, it sounds like new visitors may have the same problem you had.

Question Is the mouse cursor in the Power User logo an accessibility problem?
I noticed when arriving on the Power User site that my mouse cursor looks very similar in size, shape, and colour to the one in the logo: My mouse cursor next to the one in the Power User logo This doesn't present a problem for me personally (apart from the initial momentary confusion), but it ...
