How to use GitHub Personal Access Token? I have repositories on GitHub, and have been using a user name and password to access them. All was working great. I could use various GIT commands on the command line, and GIT would automatically supply the password I entered once a long time ago. It saves this in a file in my personal directory.... (more) |

I expect the downvotes were for poorly asked or poorly researched questions, not because they were off topic. A large number of such questions showed up here in the last day, many making too many assumptions and missing obvious context. I think I only downvoted one of them, but did think about more... A: Why can't I add one line of space between text? Why does Word create useless white space in between, when I hit Enter? This is a guess, but it looks like the paragraph starting with "36" just fits on the page when there is no space above it. When you add the blank line, it doesn't fit anymore. There is probably a rule set somewhere that doesn't allow just a single line of a paragraph to be at the bottom of a page w... (more) |

Yeah, I remember some time in the 1990s when I could get a whole Gbyte for only $400. What a deal! I don't have to worry about cramped disk space anymore. A Gbyte will last nearly forever! (more) |
