A: How can the total size of all frames of a video > that video's size? Due to "compression". The video is highly compressed. Some of that compression makes use of the picture not changing much from one frame to another. When you extracted individual frames, such compression couldn't be applied. (more) |

We are seeing the same problem here as there was on SE, which is silent downvotes for no apparent reason. If someone thinks this post is wrong or misleading, they should explain what that is. I can't fix what I don't know is wrong, and other's can't learn from a silent downvote either. (more) |

A: Application check for updates will never succeed and blocks launch; can I intercept or bypass it? This isn't a direct answer to your question, but a suggestion. A: Why can't I add one line of space between text? Why does Word create useless white space in between, when I hit Enter? This is a guess, but it looks like the paragraph starting with "36" just fits on the page when there is no space above it. When you add the blank line, it doesn't fit anymore.
