Needs more details. Besides showing the snapshot, briefly describe your understanding of the feature, how it was called, and the options are chosen; specify what version of Word (edition and platform) you are using. The snapshot shows "paragraphs", but the selection is not a set of paragraphs. (more) |

I suggest you make someway easier to find this post for "cautious" new users (users that look around looking to learn about the community ropes before posting a question). Other interesting software types are Excel online, Google Sheets, spreadsheets in general and other "low-code / no-code" software that uses formulas. The "main" site has a "microsoft-excel" tag showing the number 7 next to it, but I can't see any Excel questions. (more) |
