Why does my external Hard Drive keep squealing? As soon as I plug in the USB cable to my desktop's USB port, and the external Hard Drive starts spinning, it keeps scritching. Isn't Slug redundant, when Bleed oversteps the page and Bleed < Slug? 1. I read Scott's explanation, but Slug still feels redundant to me.
